Holding a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Real Estate Management & Valuation from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, where he graduated with First Class Honours, Rashmika combines academic excellence with over seven years of professional experience in property valuation and consultancy.

Currently serving at Prathap Chartered Valuation & Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd., he leads corporate valuation projects, delivering strategic insights and reliable valuation services for diverse sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. His tenure as a Junior Valuation Surveyor laid a strong foundation in market analysis, feasibility studies, and property assessments, which he continues to build upon as a senior professional.

Rashmika’s academic journey is marked by achievements such as completing the National Certificate in Assistant Quantity Surveying and advanced qualifications in accounting and finance from recognized institutes, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Association of Accounting Technicians.
